We reserve the right to change prices at any time but will always honour the price displayed at the time of your confirmed order.

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier delays. Wood Chop Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are handmade, we accept returns only for faulty or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, natural variations in timber, or custom orders.

6. Wholesale Orders

Wholesale customers must provide a valid ABN and agree to our wholesale pricing terms. Minimum order quantities and lead times apply. Full payment (or a deposit, if arranged) is required prior to production. Delays due to supply or shipping will be communicated as soon as possible.
